Pricing and plans
Is there really nothing to pay upfront?
Really. There's no design fee. Your first monthly payment is only taken when your new site goes live.
Can I cancel?
Business and Premium are month to month, so you can cancel any time. Starter is a 12-month commitment, which is how we keep it at $99. After the first year it's month to month too.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move up any time and we add the new features right away. Moving down takes effect on your next billing date.
What if I don't like the site?
Tell us within 7 days of launch and your first month is free. Keep working on it with us, or walk away with nothing owed, on any plan.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax. GST and QST (or your province's sales tax) are added on your invoice.
Your website
Who owns my website?
Your domain, logo, photos and words are always yours. The design and code are licensed to you while your plan is active, and if you ever leave, you can buy the site outright.
Do I have to write the text or take photos?
No. We write the text for you from our first call. Send whatever photos you have; if you need more, we use quality stock photos or point you to a local photographer.
Will people find me on Google?
We set up everything Google looks for: titles, descriptions, your business details and your Maps listing. No one can honestly promise you the number one spot, but we give you the strongest start and keep improving it.
Can my site be in English and French?
Yes. Premium includes two languages. We're based in Quebec, so bilingual sites are second nature to us.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Absolutely. We look at what your current site does well and where it loses customers, rebuild it around your goals, and move everything over so no one loses track of you.
Working together
How long until my site is live?
About two weeks from our first call. The sooner we get your photos and details, the sooner you're live.
What counts as an update?
Anything that keeps your site current: new photos, prices, menus, hours, text and new sections. For something big, like adding an online store, we talk it through first.
How fast are changes done?
Text us any time, day or night. Small changes are usually done the same day, and Premium gets priority.
Who will I be talking to?
